Your Emcees
Bill Groth, Executive Vice President
Bill Groth is BCCI’s Executive Vice President and spokesperson. He has been a key member of the firm for 25 years, focusing on cultivating significant partnerships in the marketplace while increasing client loyalty and growth. Bill brings 31 years of construction experience, and continues to blaze the trail for BCCI’s commitment to sustainability, quality control, and repeated client satisfaction.
Fun Fact: Bill Groth is a amateur chef, avid outdoorsmen and regular thrill seeker! Each year he goes on a shark diving expedition, and more recently, flew by zipline 750 feet across the Embarcadero Center above Justin Herman Plaza. He has also repelled from the top of the towering Grand Hyatt building in Union Square to raise money for the Special Olympics.
Lisa Vogel
Lisa G. Vogel is responsible for the asset management of a portfolio comprising of approximately 3 million square feet within 12 office properties throughout San Francisco, Oakland, Daly City and Silicon Valley. Ms. Vogel, a 23-year veteran in the industry, started off her career at JMB Realty as a General Manager of Leasing then Resource Asset Management as the General Manager of Leasing covering Northern California, and finally at Workspeed Inc., as a Business Development Director prior to joining RREEF in 2002.
Ms. Vogel was a former President of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) San Francisco, 1999-2000, an Executive Committee board member of BOMA International, 2005 – 2009, and a Board Member of the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation. Ms. Vogel earned a bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University with a double major in Special Education and Elementary Education.
